O Test result

Again, this is not a P test. But this is the first time I have two lines with almost the same colour. Although the thickness of the lines are different. Would this mean the result is positive? Further test await.

Something different

The first of something different is often the best. Last week I did not have any coffee during the week. Then on Saturday my first cup of coffee was so rich and sweet. On Sunday although I made my coffee the same way but it just taste bitter and no longer the same. Does this mean that I better wait for another week before having another cup of coffee? It will be a very long week ahead then.

The ABC of Me

I wandered into someone's blog today at Wordpress. I did a search with the phase 'planning a baby' on her blog, and this turns up, which is based on another blog post here. So I might as well try to write my own version of it. O and I just realize that one of the ladies is also called Natalie, and both of them are also living in Australia.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Begin ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

My Sister and Her Craft Projects

My only sister is 5 years and 11 months younger than me. She likes sewing and knitting when she has spare time. She makes dolls or bags or other things around the house or as gifts to her friends. Her last project was a letter holder she made for our cousin as a welcome home present.

Last year she made me a Sack Boy doll for my birthday.

She just bought herself a sewing machine so I am very interested to know what upcoming project is on her list.

What I made on Christmas eve

24/12 I made this and roasted a size12 chicken. J was changing the wheels he just bought for 500 dollars. He only tried one of this. I still think it is a success. I will make this again.

A good reason to spend money

My new love. And I bought it for half price too. So happy!

Time Machine: Going back 20 years...

If I had one hour in a time machine, I would go back 20 years and visit my Grandma. The younger me back then did not know much about the world. The current me has so many questions to ask her. I want to say I love you to her. I want to give her a hug. One hour would never be enough. But I will still take it! As Grandma is no longer with us. Miss you.

Noises

Another exercise from this site.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Begin ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Make lists of noises that:
(1) remind you of summer
  • seaside
  • buses
  • ice
  • refrigerator at the tuck shop on the beach
  • birds
(2) remind you on being in church (or temple or mosque or whatever suits)
  • choir
  • people sitting down and getting up
  • books being put into the shelf compartment in front of the seat
  • doors being opened and closed
(3) beautiful noises
  • water
  • marbles
  • kitty's bell
  • baby's giggle
(4) kitchen noises
  • plates touching each other
  • pans touching each other
  • wok in used
  • fire of the stove
  • kitchen fan in used
  • cutting things on the chopping board
(5) shopping mall noises
  • people chatting
  • trolleys
  • children crying or screaming
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ End ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Again, my very lazy version of the exercise.

On a different day

This is not a p test. Not that it matter. I am not sure whether J remembers or not but this is our first anniversary. Adding to other things one should not be doing on the 1st anniversary, it was hard to avoid giving away any hints that I do care about doing something special. But nothing happened and I didn't expected to have burger from a certain fast food restarant as dinner for such special day. Anyway just have no expectation to avoid any disappointment.
